Victor and Buddy?

Victor consumed Buddy late in 1983 and leads me to believe that Young Starhawk would have been finished well before that considering he was battling the Powerbeast and the Time Warriors over at Spike that same year.But would he have enjoyed some adventures in this merger or later in Victor considering his brief appearances in Victor and Hotspur in 1981?
